The terms that govern your use of Schepsworx products and services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of software products and services provided by Andrew Scheps trading as Schepsworx ("we", "us", "our"), including Scheps MIDI Transformer, Bounce Factory, and associated websites. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these terms.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to three (3) machines that you own or control. This license is for your personal or professional use only.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Share your license key with others
- Use the software on more than three machines simultaneously
Our software requires internet access to activate and to periodically verify your license. Your license remains valid for up to 30 days without a successful verification. After this period, an internet connection is required.
You may deactivate a machine to free up an activation slot, allowing you to activate on a different machine.
Our software may be used without a license for a trial period of 14 days from first installation. During the trial period, full functionality is available. After the trial period expires, MIDI processing will be disabled until a valid license is activated.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as Merchant of Record. All pricing is in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
We offer refunds at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the software does not function as described on your system. To request a refund, contact us at info@bouncefactory.net with your order details.
Your license entitles you to all updates within the major version you purchased (e.g. version 1.x). Major version upgrades (e.g. version 2.0) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee. We will communicate any such changes clearly in advance.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andrew Scheps trading as Schepsworx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
